The cleaning standards are seriously lacking!!! Stains all over, poor maintenance, and unpleasant odors in the room make for a rather uncomfortable stay. Improvements needed in cleanliness and room conditions!!!

The location was convenient for our family visit, just a short drive to the Xcel Energy Center where we enjoyed a concert. It was a pleasant surprise that the beds were comfortable and gave us a great night's sleep after a long day out with our three dogs.

My kids wished for a better pet area than what was available. The outdoor space wasn’t very accommodating for our dogs, making it a bit frustrating when trying to take them out and enjoying our time at the hotel.

I enjoyed my stay in a King Room, Smoking. The check-in process was quick and friendly. The staff was attentive and helpful. The location was convenient for my travels. I felt safe due to visible security patrolling.

While the staff showed great friendliness and support, the room was in poor condition with cleanliness issues and loud disturbances throughout the night. The bed left much to be desired, making rest a challenge, but overall the atmosphere had potential for improvement.

Plus, I stumbled across the Tea House Restaurant, where the Italian dishes practically had me singing. Oh, and shoutout to Hailey—she’s the real MVP in housekeeping!

But let’s spill the tea, the Wi-Fi was nonexistent, and my room had a funky smell that made me question my life choices. Plus, those walls do not keep out any of the night owls in the hall.

i had a pleasant one-night stay at motel 6-Saint Paul, Mn, I-94. the staff, especially shareka, were super polite and helpful. the free wifi was a nice touch, making it easy to plan my next day. the hotel’s location is also convenient, close to local attractions.

It felt like a mixed bag during my stay. The location was super convenient, right off the highway. Easy access to surrounding areas. The room I had was mostly clean. Housekeeping did a solid job keeping it tidy. Some staff members were friendly and willing to help with any questions I had. I liked that they offered 24-hour reception. However, there were a few issues. The Wi-Fi was pretty slow, making it tough to catch up on emails. There was an odd smell lingering in the hallway, which wasn't great. The noise from outside was noticeable, especially at night. I also noticed some areas of the bathroom could use better cleaning. While the bed was okay, it dipped a bit in the middle. Overall, it had potential, but definitely needs some TLC to improve the experience.

The staff provided a warm welcome upon arrival, particularly Rodney, who was incredibly accommodating. Despite a request for larger accommodations being denied, other nearby restaurants made dining easy. However, the rudeness of certain staff members diminished the experience significantly, especially when they lied about room availability. The accommodations were less than ideal, and the room carried a smoky odor that lingered in the air.

The whole place was a mess. There was a funky smell in the room, and the AC was super loud. Only one outlet worked. The shower had black mold, and there were some stains on the furniture. No fridge or microwave as promised. Not a great experience, felt sketchy overall.
